Pricing questions

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial is completely free and requires no card. If you don't add one at the end, your account simply pauses — nothing gets charged.
What happens after the 14 days?
Nothing automatic. You'll see a reminder inside the app. Add a card to keep going, or export your data and walk away.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Changes are pro-rated automatically.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and you get 2 months free (16% off). Switch billing frequency any time from Settings → Billing.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. UK VAT (20%) is added at checkout where applicable.
Do fitters and staff need their own paid seat?
Every plan includes seats for your team — fitters, sales, showroom staff. You don't pay per user, you pay per plan tier.
Can you migrate our data from our current system?
Yes, and it's free. Send us a CSV, Excel or export from your current CRM and we handle the import. You keep working during the switch.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No. FloorOS is monthly rolling. Cancel from Settings in one click — no phone calls, no fees, no notice period.
Where is my customer data stored?
Encrypted at rest and in transit, backed up daily, and hosted in the EU. You can export or delete everything from Settings at any time.
