How long does it take to get up and running?
Sign up and you're inside the product the same day. If you'd like us to import your existing customers, orders and diary, share a CSV or export and we'll handle it.
Can you migrate our existing data from spreadsheets or another system?
Yes — for free. Send us a CSV, Excel or an export from your current CRM and we handle the rest. You keep working while we import.
Is there a contract?
No. FloorOS is monthly rolling. You can cancel any time from Settings — no phone calls, no cancellation fees.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing automatic. We don't ask for a card upfront. If you love it, add a card to keep everything. If not, walk away — your data is yours to export.
Do fitters need their own login?
Yes, and it's included. Every fitter and staff member can log in on their phone. No extra per-user cost.
Is my customer data secure?
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, backed up daily, and hosted in the EU. You can export or delete everything from Settings at any time.
Can I try it before signing up?
