Agreement
By creating a FloorOS workspace you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity in your workspace. Invite team members through the built-in Team tool.
Acceptable use
Don't use FloorOS to break the law, send spam, or store data you have no right to hold. We may suspend accounts that do.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance. You can change plan or cancel any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data
Your data belongs to you. We store and process it to run the service, and you can export it whenever you like.
Uptime
We target 99.9% availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
