FloorOS started in a small showroom with a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and a paper diary. Every measure was a re-scribbled Post-it, every fitting was a "did anyone book that?" phone call. We knew there had to be a better way to run the day — so we built one.
Every feature in FloorOS earned its place by solving a real problem in a real showroom: measures that were double-booked, samples that never came back, quotes that took a week to send, reviews that never got asked for. If a feature doesn't earn its keep with retailers, we don't ship it.
We built it as an operating system rather than a CRM because flooring retail isn't just about contacts — it's a chain of moments from first enquiry to the day the fitter leaves the house. FloorOS makes that chain visible and manageable, on desktop in the showroom and on a phone in the van.
