Who we are
FloorOS is operated by FloorOS Ltd., registered in England and Wales. We're the data controller for the marketing site and processor for data you enter into your workspace.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, workspace info), the operational data you enter into FloorOS (customers, quotes, appointments), and standard technical logs (IP, user agent) needed to run the service.
How we use it
To operate and improve the service, to communicate service updates, and to respond to support requests. We don't sell personal data.
Legal basis
Performance of contract for account operation; legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and improvement; consent for optional marketing communications.
Sharing
We use a small set of subprocessors (hosting, email, analytics) listed in our DPA. We do not share your data outside them.
Retention
Workspace data is retained while your account is active. On cancellation you have 30 days to export before deletion.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Settings or by emailing hello@flooros.co.uk.
